You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
